One of the physical blocks to contacting your guardian angel is not getting enough aerobic exercise. That's because good oxygen flow to your brain helps you concentrate, which is necessary for you to tune into the messages your guardian angel has for you. Exercise also increases your physical energy level, which helps you communicate with angels, who operate at high levels of energy.
I've found that one of the best ways for me to think is when I'm walking. So whenever I need some fresh inspiration and can make time for a walk, I walk around my neighborhood, meditating on thoughts in my mind or praying about what I'm thinking about. Every single time, fresh ideas come to me, like gifts from God and my guardian angel.
I also enjoy getting aerobic exercise at my local gym, where I take Zumba dancing classes. Of course, I'm not praying or meditating during those classes. But afterward, in the car, I experience renewed energy to pray or meditate.
