Lights of Our Lives

Quite often, I catch sight of bands of white light around me after I've been praying about something. The light remains visible for a few seconds before fading away. I think it's my guardian angel's calling card -- a visual reminder of my angel's constant presence with me, which is especially noticeable when I pray.

Since angels are beings of light who inspire us, they're literally the lights of our lives! When contacting your guardian angel, it can help to visualize your angel manifesting in the form of light during prayer or meditation.
